A new generation wine cavern

Imagine you were given a plastic card, much like the key to a hotel room, that unlocks tastings to dozens and dozens of wines. Welcome to Tasting Room a bar who was recently named the most designed bar in the Middle East.

Such is the concept brilliantly executed at Tasting Room, located in the basement of one of the important historic buildings of the Sarona neighborhood.

The cavern’s walls are lined with mechanized wine fountains (yes, you read that right— mechanized wine fountains!) set at the respective wine’s optimal temperature. For those with commitment issues, know that you can purchase both half-glass and full-glass portions with your card.

Red, white, local, foreign, dry, full body — if you’re having a hard time choosing in this adult candy store, you can seek the guidance of any of the waiters, they all happen to be trained oenologists.

Bonus tip: Tasting Room also offers take-out bottles of wine at market prices. The party doesn’t have to stop when you leave!
