The Chefs of Tel Aviv have some secrets to unveil...

Every week we tell you another story proving you how high is the gastronomy level of the White City! This week we are going directly backstage with the famous Open Restaurant event. For the second year in a row, the city offers to people to get into the kitchens of well known gourmet restaurants in Tel Aviv and meet their chefs. Are you ready?

Journalists and bloggers from all over the world are coming up to be part of it: the 2nd edition of Open Restaurant that starts tomorrow, will celebrate during 3 days the food wealth  of Israeli gastronomy. More than 100 restaurants and cafes in the city will open their doors and kitchen for people to come and meet. Many events will take place such as visits, meetings, workshops, in order for everyone to discover the Tel Avivi special food scene.

Learning the art of gastronomic presentation with Chef Guy Gamzo (Aria restaurant), preparing some fresh italian pasta with the Asaf Balinder (Italkya) or even learning how to pair wine, beer and dishes in a cave located in the middle of Tel Aviv (Jajo), here are a few exemples of what you could experiment during this week.

Open Restaurants will take place from March 9th to March 12th, in more than 100 restaurants and coffee places in the city. More info here.
