Backeöffe… Stammtisch…Flammenkuch… You did not understand a word of this? Do not worry all you need to know is that it’s tasty and is arriving at the Non Stop City. This year, the 5th edition of the French Culinary Week organized by the Embassy of France in Israel, decided to honor Alsace. This French region is famous for its gourmet passion.

What is the concept? French chefs, some Michelin starred even, are landing in Tel Aviv and taking over the fanciest kitchens from February 5th to February 10th. They will cook their specialties in partnership with Israel’s tastiest dishes. This year, Alsace is honored with famous chefs coming all the way to the White City, bringing with them typical delicacies from the Eastern part of France. Chicken in Riesling, Kughelopf and even quiches, all the flavors of Alsace are coming to Tel Aviv and giving our city some exclusive savors.

That’s it, you are already licking your lips so we are inviting you to the 3 Master Classes organized by the Alsatian chefs.

Congratulations to Laurine Rozen, Laura Elkaim and Jessy Lach who each won 2 entrances to a gourmet Master Class.

So French So Food, the French Culinary Week, will take place from February 5th to February 10th in Tel Aviv and all over Israel. Find out the schedule of the Master Classes and all of the different chefs that are coming to Tel Aviv on the event’s site: www.sofrenchsofood.com.
