The first shop in Tel Aviv dedicated to macarons

When an Israeli pastry chef who studied with the greatest French specialists decided to open the first macaron studio in Tel Aviv, we obviously had to run and taste the almond paste delicacies for ourselves! And trust us—you won’t be disappointed with his luxurious meringue treats. The delicate crunch followed by the softness of these delicious bites is perfectly balanced—making “L’Amande d’Or” the one and only macaron laboratory of the Non Stop City.

Chef Kosta breaks the rules of pâtisserie to offer a very special twist on the French classic! Tea, lavender, and even peach-wasabi—your taste buds will be surprised with this unpredictable menu. You’re more of a traditional person? No worries. Pistachio, chocolate, and vanilla are waiting quietly to be devoured fiercely!
