When a french famous Chef comes to Tel Aviv with all of his sweet delicacies...

If there is something that is loved by all, undeniably, it is French patisserie. It has this je-ne-sais-quoi that makes you feel like heaven on hearth, this savoir-faire that always translates into the perfect touch. Imagine how we felt when we heard that a pretty damn good Parisian pastry chef was flying to the Non Stop City bringing all of his recipes… Well it didn’t take us long, we jumped out to taste what he brought along!

We found everything we like about French patisserie and even more thanks to the Chef Carl Marletti. The truth is we are lucky, cause this chef is not just a chef, he’s more of a magician. He masters doughs, cream and butter like any one else ever! How do we know it (besides from tasting it)? He won this year’s award of the Best Millefeuille in Paris.

Carl Marletti’s pastries are available all winter at Miki Shemo’s boutique located on 60 Yehuda Macabi and open from Sunday to Thursday from 8AM to 8PM and on Fridays from 7.30AM to 3PM.
